Kinesiology taping is the new "buzz word" in sport and rehabilitation, there are many claims made that the use of kinesiology tape can help the athlete train faster, longer and harder. Kathryn underwent training by Rocktape UK to become a RockDoc and allow her to prescribe the use of kinesiology taping as part of your rehabilitation programme.
Unlike other forms of tape, kinesiology tape moves with you, so allows you to function and continue with your rehabilitation programme, it can stay on for up to 7 days allowing you to shower, swim, train and perform all your everyday tasks.
